Business Terms

These terms apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes through Agralan Sprayers. If you are a consumer, our Consumer Terms apply instead.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed in English. Review product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, quantities and delivery details before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept earlier.

Every order is payable in full upfront, including VAT and delivery. No credit terms, credit accounts, payment-on-invoice facilities or 30-day payment terms are offered through Agralan Sprayers. Historic Agralan trade credit-account terms do not apply to purchases made through this site.

Prices and supply

Website prices include VAT where applicable. VAT and delivery charges are identified in the order summary and invoice. The total is shown before payment. Any separately agreed business quotation must identify whether its figures include VAT. We will not substitute goods or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement.

If a listing contains a material error, or goods are unavailable, we will contact you before accepting the affected order. If we cannot supply, we will refund the affected payment. The description and any specifications expressly agreed for the order form part of the contract.

Delivery and use

Delivery methods, eligibility and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a firm date. Tell us before ordering if timing is essential. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to the agreed recipient or location, subject to any different written arrangement. Ownership passes after full payment. Check deliveries promptly and report damage, shortages or errors as soon as reasonably possible.

You are responsible for selecting equipment suitable for your intended professional use and complying with product instructions, chemical labels and applicable workplace requirements. Our advice does not replace the manufacturer's instructions or any legal duties applying to your business.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

The statutory 14-day consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to business purchases. For cancellation before dispatch or return of correctly supplied goods, contact us first. We will confirm whether we can agree the request and any return conditions or direct costs before you proceed. No restocking charge is automatically imposed by these terms.

For faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, contact us promptly with your order number and details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the contract and applicable law. Do not send back contaminated equipment without first agreeing safe return arrangements. Manufacturer guarantees do not replace our contractual obligations.

Disputes and general terms

Contact us through our Complaints procedure. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. English law governs these business contracts and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

These website terms and any expressly agreed written order terms govern the purchase. No buyer's standard purchase terms apply unless we expressly agree them. You can print or save this page. Changes apply to future orders, not orders already accepted.
