Delivery Information
Delivery charges and eligible services are shown before payment. Orders are paid in full upfront; goods are not supplied on credit through Agralan Sprayers.

| Royal Mail | £4.99 for eligible orders weighing less than 3 kg, with a goods total of £250 or less. |
An order of exactly £250 does not qualify for the over-£250 free-delivery offer. Eligibility is calculated by checkout using the products, order value, weight and delivery address. The available options and final VAT-inclusive order total are shown before you pay. An ineligible service will not be offered.
Delivery areas and restrictions
Services depend on your postcode and the goods ordered. Any available postcode-specific charge is shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, no suitable service is displayed, or you need delivery outside the available areas, contact us before ordering. We will confirm availability and the full cost before taking an order for an unsupported destination. Do not assume the standard charge applies to overseas or restricted destinations.
Timing and availability
Please contact us for current stock and lead time, especially if you need goods by a particular date. Any delivery estimate expressly agreed for your order takes precedence. For consumer orders, unless a different time is agreed, delivery will be without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. If we cannot meet the agreed arrangements, we will contact you about an alternative or refund; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Dispatch and delivery are different stages. We will provide dispatch or tracking information where available. Carrier estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree one.
Problems with a delivery
Tell us promptly if your parcel is missing, damaged or incomplete. Keep packaging and photographs where helpful. We will investigate with the carrier. Consumer responsibility for goods normally passes when you or your nominated recipient take physical possession; reporting delays do not automatically remove statutory rights.
